These terms describe purchases from Basil Berry Prints. Our store offers physical prints and printable digital artwork. Each purchase includes only the format and options selected at checkout.

Product selection and payment

Please review the format, size, frame option, quantity, email address, and shipping address before placing your order. Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Digital artwork

Printable downloads are for personal use only. You may print the purchased artwork for your own personal use, but may not resell, redistribute, share the digital files, or use them for commercial products. Purchasing a print or download does not transfer copyright.

Physical prints and appearance

Physical prints are made to order. Colors may vary between screens and printed results. Product images illustrate the artwork; please use the selected product options to confirm the size and format you are purchasing.

Delivery, returns, and privacy

Please review our shipping policy, return and refund policy, and privacy policy. Digital downloads and change-of-mind purchases are not returnable. Damaged or incorrect physical items are replaced or refunded. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
